Document Types
Identify each uploaded document as a certain type – a pay stub, diploma, or student loan payoff statement, or something else. We provide over 150 types out of the box, covering almost every type of evidence you may need to collect. You may also create custom types unique to your organization.
Document Profiles
Document Profiles are repeatable groups of documents. A simple profile could have two pay stubs, an apartment lease or residential mortgage statement, and a state-issued ID. Once you have a profile, you can create an application with it. All the documents will be automatically asked for. We provide an industry-standard full-time employee and self-employed income-based profiles. You may customize the built-in profiles and create your own from scratch.
